There are no shortage of anxiety tips I can share so these videos will just keep on coming. I realize that it is one of the most annoying and painful things to deal with and understand that sometimes giving up feels like the only option.
I want you to know that social anxiety is treatable and BEATABLE in time and with practice. These two tips have helped me in the past and still do in the present. I constantly practice these things in order to become a better, more comfortable person in these social situations.
